My experience with Ohio Pure Water was outstanding! Charlie and Jean handled my order professionally and the equipment arrived in great condition in a timely manner. They also followed up with an email containing some helpful additions to the installation manuals.
During the installation, they quickly answered a couple of questions over the phone so the installation went perfectly. Once installed, Charlie called and walked me through the programming and start up. Although I could have used the provided manuals, having someone so familiar with the process made the startup seamless.
Lastly, their knowledge of and experience with water treatment and softening was impressive. I would highly recommend Ohio Pure Water to anyone seeking help with water treatment needs.
