We will respond back to you by Email with an OPWC  “Return Authorization Number” including an Ohio Pure Water Company (OPWC) address about where to return the product(s) to - and the amount of Refund you will receive. 

Plz Note: Any products sent back to us without prior Notification by Email, that was not issued by OPWC – will be refused by our shipping department.

>>> We do not accept returns nor offer any refunds for any of the products listed below - that have been opened, used or installed –

Fleck Control Valve Parts, Pro-Products, UV Lamps, Reverse Osmosis Cartridges/Membranes, Media and Resins, Inline Cartridge Filters.

>>> There is No Return or Refund for Potassium Permanganate or Chlorine Pellets –

These items are classified as hazardous materials by the Shipper, and may not be returned for any reason -

>>> All Commercial Category products are “Special Orders” - and may not be returned for any reason.

>>> Under the 120-day, 100% satisfaction guarantee policy, the product being returned must have never been installed or used - and still be in the original, unopened packaging.   

>>> For any approved product(s) you wish to return – the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs - including any Ground Shipping, Duties, Tariffs, Taxes or Fees.

For your protection, you should insure the return shipment - as we cannot be responsible for the condition of the products being returned - or - for Damaged, Lost or Misdirected shipments.

>>> Once the returned products have been Received, Inspected and Verified - We will Process a Refund within 10 Days – processing the return using the same purchase method when the initial order was placed.

If second day or overnight shipping charges are applicable to your order, those charges will not be refunded.

If the product(s) were shipped ground, then you will receive a 100% refund - (Minus the Re-Stocking Charge) - since the original shipping cost was included in the sale price.

>>> Ohio Pure Water Company (OPWC) shall not be responsible to reimburse or financially compensate the customer/owner for any costs of “Service Calls” or Labor charges that would be contracted by them through a Local Source - for the life of any of the products we market, including but not limited to: Installation - or – Removal of equipment - Diagnosis and/or Repair of any and all system(s) purchased from OPWC.
