The Purchaser shall notify OPWC immediately by certified mail addressed to OPWC at PO Box 640073, Beverly HIlls, FL 34464 - of all claims brought against the Purchaser for which OPWC may be liable; and OPWC shall notify the Purchaser immediately by certified mail addressed to the Purchaser at the address of shipment of all claims brought against OPWC for which the Purchaser may be liable.
