I received the replacement UV bulb yesterday that you sent based on the fact that the first one was broken when the container was opened.

Unfortunately, I had opened the first container several months after I ordered it and never opened it when it arrived to check to see if it was OK.

So, despite the fact that you were under no obligation to replace it, I want you to know that I really appreciate you doing this.

The new bulb arrived intact and I will get it installed right away.

I also want you to know that for all future business I will return to Ohio Pure Water Co given the high level of service you provide to customers like me.

Thank you for replacing that bulb, and rest assured that all future shipments will be checked right away upon arrival.

I received and installed the new resin and injector valve.  Though it has been 10 yrs since I last changed the resin, it was pretty straight forward.

I wanted to thank Charley and the Ohio Pure Water team for remarkable customer service.  I have an older residential model valve that required a new drain assembly. 

Charley identified the valve, the necessary parts, and stayed in contact with me from order placement to delivery.  Charley went so far as to contact me with installation tips. 

I have dealt with many vendors in my career.  Charley and the Ohio Pure Water team have far exceeded any vendor customer service I have ever experienced.
